After a snowfall, this moth appeared on my door and then vanished
To see this moth clinging to the doorway of my shed,
the morning after a snowfall.
In Greek mythology, moths are associated with Psyche (Soul).
In Celtic and British myth, they’re intermediaries between physical and spiritual worlds.
The Maya believed they sought souls. For native Americans, they were ancestral spirits.
He was gone an hour later.
Strange.
